4. Pricing & Estimates

All pricing is subject to change based on the scope of work, conditions found on-site, and any unforeseen factors. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final invoicing may vary based on actual services rendered.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms listed on your invoice. We accept multiple forms of payment including Zelle, Cash App, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and others. Late payments may incur fees. Invoices not paid in full may be sent to collections.

6. Insurance Claims

While we assist in working with insurance companies, you are ultimately responsible for all charges not covered by your insurer. We do not guarantee approval of claims or payment by insurance providers.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
